
CAMP SCHEDULES
DAILY HOCKEY CAMP SCHEDULE
WAKE UP (6:15 am): Campers wake
ON-ICE TRAINING (7:30 am): 1.5 hours of on-ice training
BREAKFAST (9:45 am): Oatmeal, hot chocolate and cereal are available at all breakfasts. In addition, each day offers a different hot breakfast including pancakes, bacon/eggs, french toast, omelets, sausages, and muffins.
SHOOTING/PUCK HANDLING (10:30 am): Puck handling/shooting in our off-ice training gym.
OFF-ICE TRAINING (12:00 pm): 1.0 hours of off-ice SPARQ training
LUNCH (1:45 pm): Each day offers a different lunch menu including, pizza, make your own cold cut meat sandwich, meatball subs, chicken burgers, grilled cheese, macaroni and cheese, and perogies. Some side dishes include fries, tater tots, chips, vegetable sticks, and dip.
ON-ICE TRAINING (3:45 pm): 1.5 hours of on-ice training
FREE TIME (5:45 pm): Afternoons are usually designated for some downtime. Campers usually choose to play at the beach, swim or fun group activities at this time.
DINNER (7:00 pm): Salad is available at all dinners. In addition, each day offers a different dinner menu including, pasta (with meat sauce, chicken fettuccine, lasagna, etc.), chicken breast, teriyaki chicken, perogies, meatloaf, tacos, enchiladas, Swedish meatball. Some side dishes include rice, potatoes, vegetables, and bread.
BEDTIME (9:45 pm): Our campers usually go to sleep between 9:30 – 10:00 pm depending on age.
DAILY ADVENTURE SCHEDULE
WAKE UP: Our campers wake up each day at 7:00 am.
BREAKFAST: Oatmeal, hot chocolate and cereal are available at all breakfasts. In addition, each day offers a different hot breakfast including pancakes, bacon/eggs, french toast, omelets, sausages, and muffins.
MORNING: Typical mornings include preparation for our daily adventures.
LUNCH: We usually pack a hearty lunch or eat out during our adventure days.
AFTERNOON: Typical afternoons are spent at our adventures and activities sites i.e. river rafting, camping, Silverwood amusement park, RV road trip adventures, zip line, ropes course, boating, paddle boarding, water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming, waterslides, horseback riding or hiking.
FREE TIME: We still try and create some designated downtime for our campers so they can stay charged and ready to adventure.
DINNER: We typically eat a great dinner out when we are on the road
BEDTIME: Our campers usually go to sleep around 9:30 – 10:00 pm.
