North American Preparatory Hockey Academy year-round Development Hockey Program reestablished itself in the spring of 2017 after moving from California.

 

NA Prep is dedicated to developing aspiring hockey players who want to unlock themselves and achieve their ultimate goals in hockey. Our players are expected to give 100% in everything they do, from on-ice/off-ice training to goal setting, leadership, and character development.

 

NA Prep is continually looking for players for our spring and winter hockey seasons. We offer AA to high A playing level, compounded with dynamic training provided to ensure our players obtain the most efficient development. 

 

NA Prep's development program believes in recruiting hardworking, motivated, coachable, and committed team players. What makes our program unique is our professional coaching staff, team practices, and on-ice skills sessions. We offer the most innovative drills with a progressional approach, constant instruction, and high-speed execution. As dedicated coaches, we teach the players how to play the game as a team and how to succeed and advance to the next level.

 

We focus on development at all levels and promoting the right hockey culture mindset within our young players. Players will experience an enlightened, positive environment that fosters a sense of team and leadership and learns to play the game the right way.

 

Developing overall hockey skills and hockey game sense is a top priority with NA Prep. We look forward to promoting our players and getting them ready to succeed in the challenges ahead. Our program strives to provide strong mentoring, guidance, and encouragement for all our players. We have a team 1st approach in everything that we do.

COACHES

A top priority of NA Prep is our selection of coaches. Our program must have knowledgeable and experienced coaches. Our coaches are dedicated to teaching and mentoring their athletes to obtain the highest hockey performance. Coaches' experience range from Mite to Pro levels.

 

Jami " JJ" James, Owner and Director of North American Preparatory Hockey Academy, works hand in hand with all coaches, from on-ice team development sessions, consulting with team tactics, skill development, and team video analysis.
